This is the nicest luxury hotel in all of Charleston! The rooms are "to the nine's" immaculate, and the bathrooms are stunning with huge free-standing tubs. The hotel staff are awesome and the lobby area is gorgeous! I cannot speak highly enough of this gorgeous new hotel.

I simply can’t say enough about how incredible our experience was at Hotel Bennett. From the moment we checked in until we left, a 5+ star experience. The bellman was so incredibly nice and helpful, housekeeping helped with a minor issue quickly and with excellent customer service, the bartender, the front desk to the gentlemen at the front assisting with retrieving our car. He even offered to call the restaurant we were heading to while waiting for our vehicle to let them know we may be a few minutes late. I was blown away. My kids, ages 8 and 15, even commented on how nice everyone was during our stay. We will be back and recommend Hotel Bennett to everyone looking to visit Charleston!!

One of the most amazing hotels I have ever stayed at. They will not disappoint. We have stayed in several hotels around the world and this easily makes my top 3. Before we left, my husband and I were already planning our next trip back. TIP: If you prefer premier/white glove service, the King’s Club upgrade is definitely worth it. Especially if you are used to club/lounge access. The location was perfect and the views are amazing. Only one piece of feedback: while the service is spectacular, the ability to “read the customer” is a potential area of opportunity. After a long day out with an infant, it’s ok to just ask the customer if they need anything and wait to see if there is a desire to engage vs leading with a full conversation while we are trying to get to the elevator. It’s greatly appreciated, but sometimes people just want to get to their rooms. Just a thought.

Amazing!!!! Everyone from the entrance to the cleaning folks to virtually every person working here made this Christmas stay super magical. This was our first time in South Carolina and we LOVED IT!!! We are certainly going to come back. The musicians live on Thursday and and Friday was a highlight. Thank you Sean in the entrance for keep taking our pictures with our friends and family. Gena from reception was a superstar. Thank you for making this anniversary/Christmas so special. An overall amazing experience. The rooms were great and we definitely coming again next year!

I am a born and raised Charlestonian now living elsewhere, but come home regularly to see family. There are many great hotels in Charleston, but Hotel Bennett achieves an extremely high level of quality and service while remaining grounded. I love the family, the staff, the architecture, the location. It’s one of my favorite hotels in the world. 5/5 stars

Had an excellent experience here this weekend. My fiancé and I got engaged here and the hotel manager James prepared a very romantic private balcony for us for the big moment. Was everything we had hoped for and the service overall has been excellent. The rooms were very clean, bed was extremely comfortable. 5 stars all around.

These rooms are beautiful as well as huge . I have never heard of this hotel before I moved here so it’s a well kept secret. The front door man is so pleasant and helpful as he really goes the extra mile to assure that you are happy. He has a cooler full of their signature water and even a dog bowl filled to the brim to assure you that your pet is happy when they prance in . These are animal lovers who are stellar in my book !!!This is a great idea as it shows you how they are on your trip to Charleston . Highly recommended !!!
